Well, hello there! It’s Monday morning, and time to kick off my new exercise routine for the next 8 weeks… wanna join?

I just LOVE to wine & dine, you know. And Copenhagen is filled with restaurants yet not explored by CPH BLONDE ;)


Oh no, just Googled: You need to take a 9 minute run, to burn the calories of one glass of champagne… Here I’m together with blog friends cyber-Mikael and Clotilde at Cafe7 in Studiestræde.

So in order to fit into my clothes, I need to move my body – in between relaxing and splurging myself.

I’m not focused on my weight, it’s more the feeling of feeling fit. To be able to move freely without my clothes straining me. To feel strong, to feel energetic! Yep, that’s it.

Even though it’s November now, to have the body and the energy to Live, Love and Laugh.

So what’s the plan? Very easy, actually:
