Well, hello there! It’s Monday morning, and time to kick off my new exercise routine for the next 8 weeks… wanna join?
I just LOVE to wine & dine, you know. And Copenhagen is filled with restaurants yet not explored by CPH BLONDE ;)
So in order to fit into my clothes, I need to move my body – in between relaxing and splurging myself.
I’m not focused on my weight, it’s more the feeling of feeling fit. To be able to move freely without my clothes straining me. To feel strong, to feel energetic! Yep, that’s it.
Even though it’s November now, to have the body and the energy to Live, Love and Laugh.
So what’s the plan? Very easy, actually:
- To go for a 20 minute run Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- To do my 8 core and fitness exercises Tuesday and Thursday. Get the easy and efficient routine here, in my ebook.
- Saturday & Sunday: Spluuuurge!
