This morning, on my way to my blog crib a stone’s throw from Kongens Nytorv, it’s raining cats and dogs. I’m in such a playful and cheery mood in spite of the weather – maybe because I’m going to wine & dine tonight at wine bar and restaurant Blød Hat? :) – so I can’t resist to stop a few Copenhageners and see if they are thumbs up for giving a blogger a smile.
The sweet guy above carrying grapes-on-a-bike was all friendly and smiles. Classic cool Copenhagen guy with a trendy twist! His cotton shoes… or is it leather? That’s so authentically Copenhagenish. Even though it’s raining heavily, the Copenhageners don’t seem to care, they stick to being stylish and wear what they want to anyway. Love it.
See – suede shoes. I also more than often now, after quite a few years in this wonderful city, happen to pick up the habit of wearing suede shoes in the rain… Here we’re at the entrance of Strøget, the main shopping street.
Final photo for today: Alright, rubber boots, and yet wondercool stylish and classic in all black and grey.
And by the way, I’m definitely going to see Zoolander No. 2, coming to Danish cinemas from February 11th. LOL – watch the trailer:
Wishing you a happy Wednesday!
Peace & Love
