Hey running shoes – long time no see!

Ouch, time to get in shape again: Taking my fit non-fat shoes out for some fresh air today, I realized I’ve been working out only 3 times during the last 6 weeks. This is so much NOT me, being used to working out at least 3 times a week.

Surprisingly I found myself being able to just keep on running. Actually I planned on only a 2 mile jog back and forth to my fitness centre (aiming for some muscle mass…) – but the weather was so wintrish and crispy I just couldn’t stop. Hmm… hope this motivation lasts until summer!

No wonder I wouldn’t leave this sight for a crowded indoor fitness centre:/
