I LOVE IT. Using not only my brains – also my body.

This week I have doubled the intensity and enduration of my training. Fitness core 3 times a week – then two times of running.

Then, on top of it all; playing innocent non-demanding baseball with my family was just too much:-) And especially when you are competitive like me and run like – yes – crazy – to reach the next base…

So just relaxing today – no training. (And no baseball!)

And the Copenhagen sun is shining. What a day:D
